A rural hotel that breathes history in la rioja
The hotel was created in a 17th century palatial manor house loaded with history, Jose Angel and I -Laura-, have converted this palace into a our home and in a Superior Three-Star Hotel which we inaugurated in June 2015. In it, we want to welcome you with open doors, so that you can enjoy it as if you were in YOUR HOME.
We have personally decorated every room and every room of Teatrisso trying to recreating evocative atmospheressensual, sensual, fun, dreamy... Our pantry, OUR WINE CELLAR (16th century) and our cuisine open up every day to delight our palate TOGETHER; and we want our love of cinema, theatre, photography, literature and music to be a common enjoyment.
This mansion has already housed within its walls in the 1920s and 1930s the magic of those first black and white film projections, the joy of the theatre on its stage of boards and paper backdrops, and the hustle and bustle of its dance hall. It is a meeting point for leisure and culture.
Our dream is to keep that "THEATRICAL SPIRIT"through a calendar of shows and exhibitions. And any initiative that you want to make us part of to make it public in our halls, or as private as you wish.
We have not invented anything. That's just the way we are. And our home -which is now also yours- we want to to shout again to the four winds what once was. There is only one thing missing: that you come and enjoy it, because we have made it WITH ONLY YOU IN MIND.
